This fun, insightful an inspiring day is about honouring your precious human being so that you achieve your body goals and fully embrace your physical experience. Today you will access the energy and information of your Soul in a way that will help you move through current blocks to create a healthy, happy body in which to step into your True calling in life – so that your True Self can really soar. Usually run on the same weekend as Mondo Zen so you can attened a full weekend of Body/Mind integration.

Even if you are a meditation virgin, today will set you upon a meditative path with correct understanding and a solid foundation that is completely absent of fluff! It will also deepen your emotional response skills in challenging situations with brand new insight to the way your mind works. Take a leap, come try Mondo Zen, bring an open mind, leave your stuff at the door, you can pick it back up on your way out… if it still fits. Usually run on the same weekend as The Right Road so you can attened a full weekend of Body/Mind integration.

This 2 day weekend will help you create a space that enables conscious connection to Higher Self. Within this connection we may each then begin to lay the tracks that now need laying so we may walk a higher, or lighter, vibrational path in life. This is a course for anyone, be you a parent, teacher, friend, healer, practitioner, yogi, spouse or sibling –  it does not matter, your label is not who you are. You are the “Seer” or the “Witness” of all that you do, and it is through your connection to your Higher Self perspective that you better reveal your Purpose in Life…. And therefore Live it. This workshop will help you tie it all together.

This is a fun filled day with which to explore how who you were may have helped shape who you are today. From here you will discover the foundation from which to further explore your past lives in successive sessions one on one. Because of the compounding effect of hypnosis, participation in this workshop will prepare you for deeper, more personal results in one on one sessions. In this way, transformation is obtained not only more quickly, but is also more likely to be permanent. Even if further sessions are not sought, you will still complete this workshop with a new perspective and outlook on life.

This 6 week “See Clearly” meditation workshop is designed for people who are trying to develop a regular sitting practice, perhaps already have a random one they'd like to commit more deeply to or are just curious as to how life could be different if they applied themselves in this way. If you already have a meditation practice but would like to refine it or overcome resistance to it and learn to love it more, then this course is for you too. There is no pre-requisite bar a desire to live a more balanced and involved way of life – the by product of which is the experience of more contentment, peace, love and joy… and who doesn’t want that?! Based upon Zen, this course will give you a solid, no-fluff base from which to deepen into.
